Base Pricing
Weekday - Rs. 15000/- for upto 8 guests
Fri & Sun - Rs. 20000/- for upto 8 guests
Saturday - Rs. 30000/- for upto 10 guests
Extra Charges
- Above guest count includes kids, day visitors & helpers. Infants upto 2 years are not chargeable
- For additional guests, the fee is Rs.1000/- per guest
- Pet is charged at 2000/- per night and requires prior approval from the host

Security Deposit
In addition to the tariff, a Security deposit of Rs. 10,000 in cash is required to be given during check in and will be refunded during check out subject to no damages found after inspection. This deposit is taken to ensure that the place is used carefully, that there are no more than the agreed number of guests and that there is timely checkin and checkout.
